Duties may include:

• Triaging inbound referrals
• Performing new patient consults and follow-up appointments under the supervision and guidance of an REI physician
• Developing individualized testing and treatment plans for patients under the supervision of an REI physician
• Educating and counselling patients on fertility treatment options and ways to optimize natural fertility
• Reviewing and interpreting test results
• Preparing charts before and after clinic appointments
• Documenting clinical encounters
• Answering patient and nursing team questions between patient appointments
• Conceiving, planning, and leading clinical research studies that complement Twig’s mission and care philosophy

Requirements:

• Completion of a university degree in a physician assistant program or equivalent education
• 1.5 – 3 years of work experience in the field of fertility and reproductive health
• Formal training in OBGYN is required
• Advanced understanding of reproductive health, infertility, and assisted reproductive technologies (ART)
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and ability to work as part of an interprofessional team
• Significant research experience with at least 10 peer- reviewed publications in top tier journals preferred
