Who we are looking for:

In this role, you will:
- Perform most IVF tasks including, but not limited to: Egg retrieval, denuding, ICSI & conventional IVF, Micromanipulation (ICSI), Fertilization check and embryo assessment, Embryo culture, Embryo cryopreservation and warming, Embryo transfers, Media and culture dish preparation, Semen preparation, TE Biopsy (not required but a plus)
- Assist with general andrology & endocrinology as needed
- Practice aseptic laboratory technique
- Perform laboratory equipment checks and required maintenance
- Prepare patient charts and documentation
- Use and understand full functions of clinical EMR
- Document daily, weekly, monthly QA/QC of the laboratory
- Manage and stock supplies as needed
- Perform daily laboratory cleaning
- Report any issues, questions or concerns to the lab director and/or Senior Embryologist
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc. or higher in biology or laboratory science
- Fully trained, with 3 or more years of experience as a clinical embryologist
- Certified as a CFAS ART Lab professional (preferred)
- Detail oriented with excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Organized, flexible, able to multitask and prioritize
- Able to work independently and seek assistance from other team members as necessary
- A proactive team player, a quick learner with the ability to change and adapt quickly
- Must enjoy learning and interacting with people of all backgrounds
- Experience, willingness and comfort with providing care to LGBT2SQ individuals and couples
Your Schedule:
- Full time
- Weekend rotation (Saturday and Sunday 7:00AM-3:00PM) and holidays as needed
