Getting Started
Family Building Consult
To begin your journey with us, you will have a virtual consult with one of our physicians to discuss your family building goals. During this time, we’ll review your intake form to learn more about your background and medical history, and talk about which next steps are right for you. Our goal is to answer any questions you may have and make sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the process.

Egg Freezing Consult
During this virtual visit, you will meet with one of our physicians to discuss your short and long-term reproductive goals. Our goal is to ensure you feel informed and confident about egg freezing and the important decisions that come with it.

AMH Testing
Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) is a blood test that is used to estimate your ovarian reserve, or the number of eggs remaining in your ovaries. It is a necessary diagnostic test for most people with ovaries.

Ultrasound & Sonohysterogram
Abdominal and internal ultrasounds, plus a specialized ultrasound called a sonohysterogram, are used to check the ovaries, uterus and fallopian tubes.

Your Fertility Check for eggs is made up of two steps – baseline testing which includes bloodwork and an internal ultrasound, and a virtual one-on-one review session with one of our fertility specialists. Fertility Preservation
Egg Freezing
An egg freezing cycle takes approximately 2 weeks, during which time your ovaries are stimulated with medication to grow multiple mature eggs. The eggs are then retrieved by a physician during a short procedure before being frozen and stored for future use. From consult to completion, the entire process takes around 2-3 months.
The first year of storage is included in the price however, the cost of AMH testing and medication, which can range between $4,000-$6,000+ depending on your protocol, is not included.

Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is the process of placing sperm directly into the uterus to help achieve a pregnancy. This is often paired with ovarian stimulation using oral or injectable fertility medication.
The price does not include the use of a donor or medication costs which could vary between $200-$2,000+ depending on your protocol.

IVF Cycle
In vitro fertilization (IVF) is the process of growing and retrieving eggs from the ovaries, and fertilizing them with sperm in our in house lab to create embryos. This may be followed by a fresh or frozen embryo transfer, depending on your treatment plan.
The price does not include an embryo transfer (pricing below) or medication which could vary between $4,000-$8,000+ depending on your protocol.

Fresh Embryo Transfer
A Fresh Embryo Transfer is the process of transferring an embryo to your uterus 5 days following your egg retrieval or egg thaw.

Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET)
A Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) is the process of thawing and transferring a frozen embryo created in an IVF cycle to your uterus. In the weeks prior to the FET, we will prepare your uterus to receive the embryo which may or may not involve the use of fertility medications.
Additional medication costs may apply and could vary between $200-$2,000+ depending on your protocol.

Egg Thaw Cycle
An Egg Thaw Cycle is the process of thawing your own previously frozen eggs, fertilizing them with sperm, and creating embryos. This may be followed by a fresh or frozen embryo transfer +/- preimplantation genetic testing, depending on your treatment plan.

Preimplantation Genetic Testing
Embryo biopsy and preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) is a screening test that can help us select the best embryos to transfer during an IVF cycle.

Reciprocal IVF
Reciprocal IVF allows couples where both partners have eggs and/or uteruses to participate in conception. One partner undergoes ovarian stimulation and egg retrieval. The eggs are fertilized with donor sperm to create embryos, which are frozen. An embryo is then transferred into the other partner during a Frozen Embryo Transfer cycle.

Anonymous Donor Sperm or Eggs
If you are using anonymous sperm or eggs to build your family, our care team will support you through the process of choosing a bank and a donor that suits your needs.
The price does not include reproductive counselling or sample coordination fees.

Assessment of Known Donors or People using a Gestational Surrogate
This includes physician consults, genetic counselling & testing, reproductive counselling, blood work, diagnostic testing, and complete physical exams.

Some of these services may be covered by your private insurance or benefits. Our care team will work closely with you to ensure you receive maximum coverage for supported services.
Reproductive Counselling (60mins)
We know that going through fertility treatment can be hard. Our reproductive counselling is here to offer counselling and support to our patients throughout their fertility journeys. If you are using a donor or gestational carrier to build your family, a meeting with our reproductive counsellor is a required part of the treatment planning process.
