Three steps to get set up

Your patient portal is powered by FertilityPro. Here’s how to get set up and make the most of it.

  1. Invitation

    Check your email for your invitation

    After your first appointment is booked, you’ll receive an email from us with a link to create your account. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within 24 hours.

  2. Account

    Create your account

    Click the “Get Started” link in the email to set your password and log in for the first time.

  3. Intake

    Complete your intake forms

    Find your intake forms under “Intake Forms” in the top-left menu. Complete them before your first appointment so your care team is ready.

What you can do in the portal

Six things the portal does well, all in one place.

  • View Results

    Lab work, bloodwork, ultrasound findings, and other test results. Available as soon as they’re reviewed by your team.

  • Complete Forms

    Intake questionnaires, consent forms, and health history. Fill them out online before your appointment.

  • My To-Dos

    Action items assigned by your care team, such as medication schedules, pre-procedure instructions, or documents to review.

  • Documents

    Access your personal documents, referral letters, educational materials, and any files shared by your care team.

  • Appointments

    See your upcoming and past appointments, including location, time, and provider details.

  • Cryo Inventory

    View your cryopreserved eggs, sperm, or embryos, including storage dates and inventory details.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact the clinic and we’ll resend it.

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. You’ll receive a reset link at the email address on file. If you’re still having trouble, call us and we’ll help.

Use the portal for the clinic where you’re receiving care. Midtown or Downtown Toronto patients use the Toronto portal; Vancouver patients use the Vancouver portal.

No. Each patient has their own account and login. If you and your partner are both Twig patients, you’ll each receive your own invitation email and create separate accounts.

The portal is primarily used for forms, results, messaging, and documents. To book or reschedule appointments, please call the clinic directly or use our online booking.

Yes. The patient portal is hosted by FertilityPro and meets Canadian privacy requirements including PHIPA (Ontario), PIPA (BC), and PIPEDA (federal). All data is encrypted and stored in Canada.
