Helen Tieu

Helen is the Clinic Manager at Twig Toronto, where she blends a solid nursing foundation with extensive expertise in fertility and sexual health. A graduate of the Centennial College and Toronto Metropolitan University collaborative nursing program, she is dedicated to a patient-centered approach that prioritizes individualized attention and empowerment. Whether providing clinical guidance or a listening ear, Helen ensures every patient feels valued throughout their journey.

She enjoys crosswords, good food, and reality TV. As well as a passionate animal welfare advocate who has volunteered on international rescue missions.
