Sarah Kreher

Sarah is a Nurse Practitioner at Twig, bringing over a decade of healthcare experience and eight years of postgraduate study. An alumna of McMaster, the University of Toronto, and Toronto Metropolitan University, she holds an Honours BSc, a Bachelor of Nursing, and a Master of Nursing. Sarah’s clinical foundation includes ten years at St. Michael’s Hospital, five of which were spent in the Trauma and Neurosurgery ICU, followed by primary care experience at Black Creek Community Health Centre. Her commitment to compassionate care extends globally through volunteer work in Guatemala, Ecuador, and Thailand.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time with her German Shepherd, Simba.
